Spécifications / Tasting results:
-Alc degree : 13%Vol
-Great wine
-Very nice deep red color with brilliant reflections.
-Fine and delicate scents give a big complexity because of its fruity notes (ripe berries, cherries from Pays Basque) followed by notions of processed fruits.

-Its structure is sustained by round tannins, elegant, ripe and silky, with a final that is aromatic long and pleasant.
-The tasting indicates vintage was at maximum maturity of the grapes.
-Very good total balance.

Situation: The vineyard is situated in the southwest of France near the Pyrenees, 40 km from Pau and Lourdes, at the border of Bigorre and Béarn region.

Application: This wine goes extremely well with red meat, magret, pasta and cheese. Serve at 16°C. Can age from 5 to 10 years or more, depending on the cellar.

Handpicked, at 12.5° to 13°, the grapes are 100% stemmed. After 9-10 days fermenting the wines are stored in stainless steel tanks to realise the malolactique fermentation. After this the wines are selected and assembled. Sales start 2 years after harvest.
