Château Floris
AOC Madiran

Beautiful garnet red wine with lots of brilliant shades. Fruity flavours of berries mixed with spice bouquet of black pepper, cinnamon, liquorice and vanilla. Enjoy an entertaining structure with smooth and soft tannins.

Château Floris tastes great with traditional regional cuisine - garbure, pigeon salmi, Pyrenees cheese - and Creole cuisine. Preferably served at room temperature 16°.

Pacherenc du Vic—Bilh
AOC Doux Réserve Floris

A light yellow wine with a brilliant appearance. Intense aromas of grapefruit, pineapple and flowers. A slight acidity underlines the harmony. A greedy balanced wine with a long finale of exotic fruits.

A pleasant aperitif wine and ideal company with a portion of French goose liver. Preferably served fresh between 12° and 14°. Can be stored in a cellar for 10 years and longer.

Pacherenc du Vic—Bilh Sec
AOH Réserve Floris

Light, fresh and fruity wine with aromas of citrus, exotic fruits and white meat fruit (peach and apricot). Wonderfully honest complex and original with floral aromas such as wisteria.

Excellent as an aperitif wine with mixed salads, salty pies and white meat.
It also goes great with exotic dishes such as sushi, sashimi, tagine, etc.

Bon appétit!
